Having worked in Electrical Engineering and Construction for 25 years I moved into IT and developed a career as an IT Operations Manager and Business Development Manager with an IT remit for various types of business. I have wide ranging experience in various aspects of IT and Business Development, giving me a unique view for delivery of soft systems and hard infrastructure. This enables me to offer advice in a wide ranging set of business areas.
As a Consultant I work to clarify the present business goals and objectives, working to create a strategy for delivering clear ROI and upgrade.
As a Project Manager, I work to liaise with and manage the contractors, deliverers and supporters of your business systems and functions. I help manage the operational,delivery of your IT needs.Â

I have a background in IT Systems infrastructure delivery, management and consultation based on 30 years of IT experience and business management. Qualified to degree level, I have ITIL and Prince 2 Project management qualifications and have a wide range of experience across all sectors of businesses including commercial, Industrial and social care.
I offer a flexible project management style service that can be tailored to your budget, based on day rates or hourly rates or project specific work. I'm more than happy to talk to develop a strategy for the future, working closely with key stakeholders to establish a way forward.
